Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product within 14 days of receipt of the product.  For a full refund, all returns must be shipped back in new condition and including any extra items shipped with the order.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store and is responsible for the original shipping cost. These products are hand made, slight variations are to be expected.

If you receive the wrong item(s), or if you receive an imperfect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide photos of the products, packaging, and your order number. If you received the wrong item, please provide a photo of the item you did receive. If the order arrived with an imperfect item, please include photos of the imperfection. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect items.
